In addition to stroke development, there is a greater emphasis on swim fitness to help athletes improve their overall conditioning. Whether swimmers are looking to advance their skills for fitness, future competition, or personal growth, this group provides a structured yet supportive setting for swimmers ages 12-15. All swimmers must complete an evaluation before enrolling to ensure proper group placement. Once enrolled in our program swimmers may swim 1-3 days per week, 2 is recommended.
Stroke School students have the exciting opportunity to compete alongside our swim team at select swim meets. This allows them to gain valuable racing experience without the full commitment of joining the team. Meets provide a fun and supportive environment where swimmers can challenge themselves, track their progress, and set personal goals. Whether they’re considering transitioning to the competitive team or simply looking to add some motivation to their swimming journey, these meets offer a great way to experience the excitement of competition while continuing to develop their skills.
